The one (1) complimentary month offer will be prorated over the course of the 12 month contract as a discount. To be eligible to receive a fuel gift card, on or before November 15, 2025, you must: (i) sign a new annual dockage agreement, (ii) enter into a new annual dockage contract for use of storage for your boat, (ii) meet requirements, (iv) pay the required fees in connection with annual dockage agreement. Not applicable to renewals. Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Employees of MHC Property Management, L.P. and its affiliates are excluded from this promotion. Your annual dockage agreement must be paid in full to receive fuel gift card. Those paying on a monthly basis will receive the fuel gift card at the end of their annual contract. All local, state and federal income taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Accordingly, we recommend that all participants consult a tax advisor about reporting awards for tax purposes. We will issue the required 1099 to each recipient and to the IRS when the total cash payments and value of awards you are eligible to receive equal or exceed $600.00 for one year.

The fuel gift card will be sent via email to the email address provided. The fuel gift card can be used to buy fuel at Loggerhead Marinas. Boats under 30 feet in length will be eligible to receive a $50 fuel gift card. All boats 30 feet and over will be eligible to receive a $100 fuel gift card.
